By default, our goods can only be shipped to the countries listed below. We ship every order with DHL GoGreen, if offered by the service provider.

1. Shipping within Germany:

Shipping within Germany costs €4.00 per order. For orders over €50 (excluding shipping costs), shipping to Germany is free.



2. Shipping within the EU:

Shipping within the EU costs €7.50 per order. For orders over €100 (excluding shipping costs), shipping to Germany is free.

4. Returns

Returns are possible in Germany, within the EU and outside the EU within 14 days of receipt of the goods .

Please ensure that the items are returned unworn (apart from trying them on), unwashed, and with all tags attached so that we can easily relist them.

Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer and depend on the size of the packaging required for the return shipment. Of course, we will provide you with a return label to make the process as easy as possible for you.
