Hi, ich bin Michael, der Gründer von Athleez – und hier kommt unsere Story.
2020. Die Welt stand Kopf – und wir dachten uns: "Warum nicht auch unser Leben auf den Kopf stellen?" Also hab ich zusammen mit Chris, Kumpel und Trainerkollege, Athleez gegründet. Unsere Mission? Sportartikel und Sportswear erschaffen, die innovativ und nachhaltig ist.
Seitdem dreht sich bei Athleez alles um vier Dinge: Top-Qualität, stylishes Design, sinnvolle Funktionalität und echte Nachhaltigkeit (nicht dieses „Greenwashing-BlaBla“).
Ich selbst bin kein Aktivist – eher ein sportbegeisteter Optimist mit dem Wunsch, meinen zwei Söhnen zu zeigen: Wenn du etwas verändern willst, dann pack’s an!
Gestartet mit großen Träumen und der Vision, als Underdog ein bisschen frischen Wind in die Sportindustrie zu bringen. Und hey – wir sind dran. Jeden Tag. Für euch.

Here we go
Hi, we are Michael and Chris. The founders of Athleez. We know each other from working together as coaches in a professional youth academy. Since then we have not only been friends, but the idea for Athleez was also born.
Idea
The idea? A fitness band with a fastener so that the annoying process of putting on and taking off bands is finally a thing of the past. Produced in Germany, as sustainably as possible. There was even an innovation grant for the idea and implementation.
Innovation
It took almost a year to develop our innovative magnetic closure. After all, quality, durability and functionality were the basic requirements for our idea. With the perfect partner, KuCoR e.K., we were able to implement all the requirements.

Of course we understand the skepticism about the safety of our Mini.Clip.Band. But just trust us, because...
Quality control
... we put everything through its paces. This applies to all our products. We don't offer anything that we are not 100% convinced of.
Used by pros
We are extremely proud that our Mini.Clip.Band meets the highest demands of professional athletes (speed skating, football, triathlon, ice hockey, etc.) and is used regularly.

Athleez when we took a closer look at the topic of greenwashing in the sportswear industry.
Does it have to be?
Many brands engage in blatant greenwashing and promote recycled plastic as the most sustainable of all. Brands' own “Eco-Friendly” labels to supposedly save the world as a marketing gimmick help maximize profits rather than the planet.
It works...
Fair production and materials that are kind to people and the environment are of course not the wet dream of profit maximization. But we dared to do it anyway. It wasn't that difficult...

Our production chain was built at the origin of the raw materials. This allows us to avoid unnecessary transport routes and minimize our ecological footprint. This is how we combine top quality with sustainability.
